Quite few businesses , need more of them definitely as many rundown and empty locals for rent. Hope to see more businesses comming to area! Peterlee has a lot of potencial and groving community needs more local places to visit.

Nice shops for shopping and hanging out, lots of empty spots upstairs. Has a variety of shops like Iceland, charity shops, Argos, nearby asda etc.
